About isolation therapy

During Covid lockdown, longtime musical collaborators Scott Murphy and Chris Robbins (who had collaborated for years in bands such as The 54's, Apolloswitch) decided to begin co-writing songs from their respective home studios, sending files back and forth and working out arrangements over the phone.  They fully embraced the benefits of sonic experimentation and the collaborative process.  In late 2023, they asked Brandon Fisher (Superdrag, Lees of Memory) if he'd like to join the project.  Brandon had previously played with Chris and Scott in a band called The Beta Connection and with Brandon back in the mix, Isolation Therapy fully embraced the unique musical chemistry that resulted from each member's stylistic strengths, resulting in a sound that blends elements of power-pop, shoegaze, and indie rock, while remaining firmly grounded in melodic rock.
